The IMEON seeder is a combined agricultural machinery, which integrates the spread out of bio film and precision sowing (both cereals and horticultural crops).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The seed is deposited by special sowing wheels, which make holes on the film of 1-2 cm of diameter . These precision wheels can have 6-8-18-20 drilling elements and the seeding distance is variable from 300mm to 2752mm.

Mechanical version is created for sowing organic rice on bio film; it can be sowing 5 rows at 20 cm of distance and width of film is 1 m.
The biggest version it can be sowing 10 rows at 20 cm of distance on 2 bio films of 1 m width.

The model with pneumatic distribution has the seed distributor placed on each single element to have a precise and uniform deposition of the seeds on the row.

The machine can sow from 1 to 3 rows on a 1m wide sheets, while the larger version sows from 2 to 6 rows on two 1m wide sheets.

MORE CAN BE DONE

To optimize the work site, you can add a fertilizer spreader for the distribution of fertilizers and / or a Spreader for the application of the dripline.

With a single step, IMEON can carry out the spreading of the sheet, fertilization, application of the hose for drip irrigation and finally sowing.
