Drip Tape Layer

One of the most advanced systems for irrigation is the drip system with superficial driplines. This system allows considerable economic savings (using less water) and a considerable increase in production (thanks to the intervention of fertigation).

Our Dispenser machine has been designed for laying and burying the dripline (for drip irrigation ) up to 10 cm deep.

For a precise and uniform installation of the hose, each element is connected to the frame with a parallelogram.

DRIP TAPE LAYER ELEMENT:

– Support wheel adjustable in height (img. 1A)
– Hose accompanies hose with slide for the deposition of the dripline (img. 1B)
– Plastic wheel to press the dripline to keep it firm in the groove (img. 1C)
– Ridging discs to cover the hose (img. 1D)
– Reel holder: can carry from 2 to 3 reels (img. 1E)

Our agricultural machinery is available with different frames, to offer different solutions.

TYPES OF FRAME FOR DRIP TAPE LAYER:

– hydraulically folding frame
– manual telescopic frame
– manually lockable frame – fixed frame
Each frame can accommodate from 2 to 6 elements.

The number is established by the different needs of each customer.
