Strip Hawk Easy is our most innovative agricultural machine, designed by those who use it… for those who use it. A new, efficient and cutting-edge work approach, which drastically reduces time and labor costs.

In fact, Strip Hawk Easy concentrates the plowing, weeding, fertilization and harrowing operations in a single work phase.

The soil between the strips is not worked and remains covered by crop residues.

This benefits the soil structure and favors more adequate humidity, temperature and porosity indexes (suitable for seed germination).

The Strip Tillage prepares the soil and fertilizes the area involved in sowing with a single machine and a single pass.

This is why Strip Hawk EASY brings a simplification of the machine park and a reduction in working times of 30% compared to traditional working technologies.

Our Strip Tiller works with spacing from 45 cm to 75 cm.
Thanks to its “All Out” telescopic bar, the workspace can be adjusted in a few minutes, without unhooking any element from the machine.

Each element of the Strip has a weight of about 250 kg and absorbs an average of 25 Hp of power. The number of rows that work simultaneously varies from 4 to 12 and each band worked is 15-20 cm wide and 10-25 cm deep. The working speed can reach 10km/h.

ELEMENTS STRIP TILLER MOM:

• CUTTING DISC:
Cut the coltural residues thanks to the corrugate profile of disc.

To facilitate the cutting of residues and the ground, each element of Strip Hawk Easy has 3 front discs, mounted on supports with high resistance and free-maintenance bearings.

• STAR DISCS:
Remove the coltural residues from the working strip.

Star discs are height adjustable to facilitated the removal of crop residues from the strip.

To move these residues from the row in a precise and uniform way, the star discs are easily adjustable in height.

• BLADE TOOL (SHANK):
They work the soil at 15-30 cm deeper. With this tool you can put into the soil dry and liquid fertilizer or slurry.

The shank it can be straight or curved or based on your needs.

The anchor tip is another strength of Strip Hawk.
Tungsten carbone treatment with addition of widia plates at critical points, minimizes wear and increases the number of hectares that you can worked.

A safety bolt (or a no stop Hydraulic system) prevents accidental damage when the shank hits obstacles in the ground.

• CONTAINMENT DISCS:
They work the strip on the surface, delimiting its width to 15-20 cm.

It is two containment discs placed next to the shank.
These elements are also easily adjustable in width, length and incision angle, always mounted on supports with high resistance and maintenance free bearings.

• ROLLERS:
They refine and axest the soil after the operation of shank. Is important because brake soil clod.

The trimming rollers are easily adjustable, to increase or decrease the pressure exerted on the ground. Depending on the desired finish, there are different types of rollers: Chain Roller, Pressure Roller, Heavy Blade Roller, Clod Break Roller, Cambridge Heavy Roller.
