 Machine designed to collect and wrap the dripline of the drip irrigation systems of medium-large companies.

The rotation of the winders takes place by means of a hydraulic motor with speed control. The collection of the dripline is made easier and more homogeneous thanks to the great height from the ground of the guide rollers. This facilitates the detachment of the hose at an angle of 70-90 °, minimizing breakages.

With the Double hose reel you can collect 8-10 rows at the same time.

The unloading of the collected material is carried out by means of hydraulic cylinders which make the operation fast and safe.

The control station for an operator with a versatile tool basket completes the standard equipment.

The average daily working capacity varies from 8-12 Ha depending on the conditions in which you are operating.(type of soil, age, present weeds, etc.).

This winder is a smaller version of the Double model, which works with the same characteristics. Being equipped with a single winder it is suitable for medium-small farms.

Like the double model, here too we have: hydraulic rotation of the winder with speed control. Discharge of the material with hydraulic piston. Great ground clearance of the guide rollers. Control station with tool drawer to accommodate an operator.

The average daily working capacity is around 4-5 Ha and is influenced by the working conditions.

The rotation of the winders takes place hydraulically with speed regulation. The unloading of the hose is done manually by unscrewing the external plates.
The equipment is completed by fixed guides to facilitate the winding of the dripline.

Machine designed to collect and wrap the multi-year dripline.

The winding of the dripline takes place with plastic coils with a diameter of about 60 cm which will then be used for the drafting. The reels are mounted on a hydraulically moved winder with the possibility of adjusting the rotation speed.

The machine, to make the winding in the reels homogeneous, is equipped with a hydraulic system, with the possibility of regulating its speed, which guides the dripline as it is wound. In order not to damage and clean the hose, there are also guide rollers with brushes.

The unloading of the collected material is carried out by replacing the full reels with empty ones that can be safely stored in the warehouse for reuse in the next season.
